CONNECTED is an adult colouring book I made!! It was created as a space to slow down, create, and come back to yourself that I made!!
Inside, you'll find 30 thoughtfully designed colouring pages featuring animals, nature, botanicals, and meaningful affirmations.
Each illustration is paired with a message designed to encourage self-connection, mindfulness, kindness, and reflection.
There is no right way to use this book. Colour inside the lines or outside of them.
Finish every page or simply choose the one that speaks to you that day. Make it completely your own.
Whether you're looking for a quiet creative practice, a mindful moment, or simply something beautiful to colour, CONNECTED was created to meet you where you are.
